Reviews
a big store with a community feel to it. Most staff are delightful.i only wish they water the plants they sell instead of letting them go limp. Less plastic too.. but still a valuable addition for the community.
Only two tills open very long queues, Tesco puts profit before service, how much does it cost to staff a till per hour, Tesco made a profit of £2.5 Billion last year, treat your customers and staff with respect.
They ask you if you got a club card when your paying for your shopping, you tell them no. And then they ask the next person behind you if they can use there club with out asking you.i can't stand it. Well street Tesco has gone downhill... from long time. Plus when buying any tin food you have to clean it before opening it real dirty, gone off fruit and vegetables. It all sounds like a lot but it is what it is.will spend my money somewhere else.
Place needs to be kept clean throughout the day, not only mornings.. some staff are literally shouting about their personal issues which makes shopping unpleasant
In dire need of more self service tills. Ridiculous queues even at non-peak times. Queues are never this long at any other Tesco I’ve been to in London
Absolutely insane wait times whenever you go. There are only 4 self-checkouts, which adds to the queue times - not only is it rare for them all to be working, but quite often someone who needs assitance (eg buying alcohol) often has to wait a while for someone to help. I've only seen max 2 people working the other checkouts. Also, some of the aisles to the back right often stink of BO.
Best....they have to give more discount on sea food items....
Wouldn’t really call it a ‘superstore’. It’s small in comparison to other Tesco’s. Generally quite busy, can always expect a queue.
